Short Biography.

Over the course of her career, Bettina Grönblom has advised the public, private and not-for-profit sectors on issues of international development, philanthropy, economic policy, societal welfare and human development, as well as corporate strategy and change management. Ms. Grönblom has extensive first-hand experience of a wide range of cultures and global business practices, having lived in seven countries and worked in more than a dozen cities spanning Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Scandinavia.  With an excellent ability to communicate across cultures and disciplines, and a strong strategic mindset, she has often served in the role of Thought Leader, including at IBM and when undertaking international development work. She was invited to join a Government Think Tank by the Danish Minister of Business and Economy, and wrote a winning proposal on micro-finance for US First Lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton and US Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright.
